Self care is a very individualized activity, with what is restful for one person being exhausting for another. I've
put together the following list over the past couple years as I've learned more about what is helpful for me. It
is a descriptive list, and I would highly encourage anyone working on self-care to make the time to discover what
resources work best for them.
Anger Processing
- Rock Throwing (towards water or safe place)
- Shouting
- Scribbling across a piece of paper
- Controlled destruction of an object (tearing paper, shredding erasure, etc.)
